Return Policy
Hey, we totally get it — sometimes things don't work out. Here's everything you need to know about returns.

We have a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags intact
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
• Supported by an unboxing video (mandatory — returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted)

Want to exchange something? The easiest way is to return what you have, and once it's accepted, just place a new order for what you actually want.

Refunds Once we receive your return and check everything out, we'll let you know if it's approved. If it is, your money goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sometimes banks take a little longer on their end, so hang tight.

If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you still haven't seen it — please reach out. We're always here.
